Standings Court shortlisted for Sustainable Housing Award

Standings Court, the South East’s first affordable Passivhaus scheme, has been shortlisted for a 2012 Sustainable Housing Award in the Sustainable Smaller Housing Project of the Year category.

Osborne worked on the £4.7 million project alongside our client, Saxon Weald Housing Association, architects MHA and our subsidiary company Innovare Systems. Of the 38 houses and apartments which make up the Standings Court development, 12 are Passivhaus homes, and 26 are designed to level 5 of the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes.

The Sustainable Housing Awards, organised by Inside Housing and the Chartered Institute of Housing, celebrate projects and organisations that are at the forefront of best practice when it comes to housing sustainability. The 2012 awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London on Friday 19 October.
