Osborne shortlisted for customer satisfaction award

The Future Systems project has been shortlisted for the Best Application of Technology Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction 2013 Awards run by the Institute of Customer Service.

The project made a significant investment in our IT systems and infrastructure, rolling out an innovative integration of market leading software that provides a “Best of Breed” repairs management system. From the point of taking the call from the resident this unique system increases our ability to deliver Right First Time by ensuring that the right operative is sent to carry out the repair, with the right materials to do the job and at a time to suit the resident.

The new IT system has delivered numerous improvements including 96.8% customer satisfaction, a 23% increase in daily activity and a reduction in the average job costs.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards from the industry’s professional body. They recognise organisations and individuals who have developed and implemented successful customer service strategies which result in sustainable, successful businesses.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 26 February 2013 at the Lancaster London Hotel.
