Osborne Create Local Jobs as it Opens Contact Centre in Hemel Hempstead

Local jobs for local people have been created by Osborne Property Services (OPSL) as it opens a new, state-of-the-art, 24-hour customer contact centre in Hemel Hempstead.

With ten jobs created already, the customer contact will take calls from the tenants of all OPSL contracts and marks the next stage of its plan to improve customers’ experience, while providing better value.

Nick Sterling, Managing Director of OPSL, said: “This fantastic new centre will not only ensure our customers’ tenants receive the best possible service, whatever the hour and the weather, but it also demonstrates our commitment to working for the long-term with our partners.”

The technology in the customer contact centre and with OPSL operatives will allow repairs to be assessed and passed immediately to operatives wherever they are. This will also allow OPSL to ensure jobs are completed quickly and to the tenant’s satisfaction.
