Osborne Shortlisted for Institute of Customer Service Customer Satisfaction Awards

Osborne is delighted to announce that it has been shortlisted for the Institute of Customer Service’s (ICS) UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2015.

Following Osborne Property Services’ success in 2013 to win the NICE Best Application of Technology Award, its Construction sector will now face the judging panel in the Best Customer Service Co-Creation/Collaboration category.

The award recognises where an organisation has collaborated with another organisation to deliver exceptional customer service.

Osborne has been shortlisted for the work completed and handed over this September for Tavistock Infant School in Fleet, Hampshire. As a result of the close working relationship which developed with Tavistock, the project was finished eight weeks ahead of schedule, which allowed the students to use their brand new facilities when they returned after the summer holidays; as opposed to the October half term.

Furthermore, the school marked the project as ten out of ten in all aspects of the Improvement & Efficiency South East (iESE) End User Survey. Osborne’s competitors in this category include companies such as Boots, Homebase, BMW (UK) and Prudential.

The winners are set to be announced in a ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in London on 3 March 2015.
