Osborne Announces New Appointment

Osborne is pleased to announce that Chris Darlow has been appointed Delivery Director for One Team Wessex. 

Chris joined the Osborne Infrastructure business this month, as Delivery Director – One Team Wessex, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his 24 years working within the building, civils, water, highways, metro and rail sectors for both large principal contractors and SMEs. 

Chris began his career as a trainee with Norwest Holst where he worked on building and civils projects across a number of sectors. Since then, Chris has specialised in the rail and metro sector, leading multi-disciplinary engineering projects including civil, building, M&E, E&P, signalling and telecoms.

Most recently, Chris was Operations Director for the Rail and Metro sector with Kelly Integrated Transportation Service. Within this national role, Chris was accountable for business development as well as leading the operations teams, with P&L accountability for a large number of programmes of signalling, power and telecoms projects.
Chris’s main role will be to lead the delivery of all projects through the One Team Wessex framework, based in Waterloo.
