Internal Candidates fill 40% of Osborne Vacancies

Osborne has filled 40% of vacancies internally in the past 18 months, demonstrating the effectiveness of its staff development programme.

The most recent promotions include Darren Kilby, who is now Operations Director (planned works) and Matt Mitchell, who has taken charge of the 12,400-home contract with Ascham Homes in East London.

Nick Sterling, Managing Director of Osborne Property Services (OPSL), said: “Our recent appointments are a great testament to the importance of Osborne having a genuine commitment to succession planning and robust people development strategies. I would like to take this chance to congratulate everyone on their promotions and wish them every success in their new roles.”

Other recent promotions include: Theresa McDonnell, Performance and Administration Manager on the Ascham Homes contract; Neill Reed, Energy Business Manager; and Paul Grant, Trainee Quantity Surveyor.

Graca Machado, Director of Customer Experience, has a number of new direct reports, reflecting the fact that Osborne’s people are at the core of delivering a great customer service.

Carol Callam is now Training and Development Co-ordinator, with responsibility for Osborne’s burgeoning apprenticeship programme. Neal Allison is Community Investment Manager and Claudette Ara is Regional Customer Experience Manager, overseeing Hannah Bailey, who re-joined OPSL in February as Community Investment Co-ordinator.

Osborne’s Resident Liaison Officers are now re-badged as Customer Liaison Officers, with Andreia Pinto the lead CLO for the contract with Dacorum Borough Council and Elaine Tesalona fulfilling the same role at Ascham Homes.
