Railton Place shortlisted at Top 60 Awards

Railton Place in Weybridge, Surrey, has been named one of the Top 60 Developments for 2015 by Inside Housing magazine.

The Top 60 Developments celebrate success and innovation in delivering new homes and the list highlights achievement in ten key areas, from design to sustainability. In each area, the best development will be chosen and awarded a winner’s trophy.

Railton Place is highlighted in the Non Grant-Funded Development of the Year category, and will now compete with five other developments to try to win over the judges and become category winner.

The category winners will be unveiled at a ceremony on Friday 16 October at the Lancaster London Hotel to celebrate the Top 60 and award the trophies.
