Osborne Wins Key Highways Contract

Under the Highways England Collaborative Delivery Framework, Osborne has won a £2million Highways England contract to provide new and improved cycling routes along key arterial routes across the East of England.

As part of a much larger £100million national strategy, this project will make roads, such as the A5, A12, A47 and A120 more accessible and safer for cyclists.

Robert Goodwill, Cycling Minster,  said: “These new routes will transform cycling journeys along busy routes in the East of England. The safe and accessible cycle paths and crossing points are an important step in encouraging more people to use their bicycles to get around the region for work, visiting family and friends or for exercise.”

David Landeryou, Osborne Framework Manager said: “We are looking forward to working collaboratively with Highways England and the local communities to deliver these planned improvements,  creating a safer  cycle network for all.”
