Osborne Shortlisted in Housing Innovation Awards

Osborne Property Services has been shortlisted in two categories in the 2016 Housing Innovation Awards.

Shortlisted in the ‘Most Innovative Repairs & Maintenance Scheme’ and the ‘Most Innovative Training Programme’ Osborne is being recognised for its work in delivering a customer focused service for its clients, where Osborne continues to work collaboratively, ensuring positive outcomes for residents. 

Osborne’s investment in, and commitment to, its customers includes mandatory customer service training for all of its people , which has resulted in Osborne becoming the first UK service provider  to receive the auspicious Institute of Customer Service (ICS) ServiceMark accreditation,  joining only 100 other UK companies that have received this accolade. 

Osborne truly value their people, evidenced through a stringent succession planning process, enabling a personalised development plan for individuals to grow and flourish. 

The Housing Innovation Awards celebrate everything innovative in the UK housing sector, showcasing the most innovative housing providers, projects, products and companies.
