Osborne – Developing From Within

Rafal Dzieciaszek from Osborne’s Infrastructure sector recently achieved his NVQ Site Management Diploma receiving a Distinction.

Joining Osborne in 2013 as a foreman, Rafal has been working on various projects building up his on site experience, taking advantage of the opportunities to learn and develop new skills.

He’s currently working on the £2million cycle improvement scheme under the Highways England Collaborative Delivery Framework as the foreman, delivering new and improved cycling routes along key routes in the East of England.

Rafal is enjoying working with people who have a real knowledge and passion for the industry and is continuing his progress to a role in Site Management within Osborne.
