Osborne Shortlisted in UK Housing Awards 2016

Osborne’s Property Services business has been shortlisted in the 2016 UK Housing Awards in the ‘An Outstanding Approach to Repairs and Maintenance’ category.

Working in collaboration with Waltham Forest Council, Osborne Property Services maintain and improve 12,400 social homes in the east London borough, delivering an enhanced service that significantly improves homes and makes the borough a better place for residents.

Four years into a seven year, £225millon, responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance contract, Osborne has already delivered value for money savings to the council of £1.75million a year.

These savings have been achieved while improving the performance of the repairs and maintenance service and increasing tenant satisfaction to 98%.

Councillor Khevyn Limbajee, Cabinet Member for Housing, said, “We congratulate Osborne for their nomination and wish them the best of luck on the night.”

The award ceremony will be held at the Lancaster Gate Hotel in London on 26th April.
