We have created Osborne Communities to  provide a seamless and more comprehensive solution to Clients from new build housing through to refurbishment, asset management, repairs and maintenance and much more. Nick Sterling has been promoted to Managing Director of Osborne Communities and he will lead the strategic growth of all our housing activities making sure they are aligned to our cutomers needs.
Osborne has decades of experience as a trusted partner for housing providers, delivering repairs, planned works and void services to thousands of homes across London and the South East and also building hundreds of homes each year for a range of social landlord customers. We will build on this success by working closely with clients, professional advisers and key supply chain to ensure together we create the best solution.
