Tonight Osborne is a Finalist for Trio of UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

Tonight, Osborne will be amongst other industry finalists at tonight’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The pink firm is shortlisted in the categories, which are Customer Service Strategic Leadership Award, Best Customer Experience Award and Best Customer Service Co-Creation/Collaboration Award.

Held at the Hilton in Park Lane,  tonight, the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards is the only customer service awards run by the professional body for customer service.

The awards recognise cross sector organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.

Nick Sterling, MD for Communities at Osborne, is up against other industry giants, tonight such as Lloyds Bank International, Hitachi and National Express for the Customer Service Strategic Leadership Award, said: “Customer Service and understanding the customer need is at the heart of what we do at Osborne and as a learning organisation we continue to adapt our service to the evolving needs of today’s customer.  We don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk, and the feedback speaks for itself.”
