Rail Temporary Works Designs Exceeds 500

Further to Osborne’s permanent works designs in One Team Wessex exceeding 1000 over the first two and a half years of the Framework, their Rail Temporary Works team have also reached a significant landmark, having achieved over 500 approved temporary works designs.
Collaborative working between Osborne engineers and Network Rail has been the key to this success, plus the high quality of the paperwork.

Osborne have also developed their own in-house “Temporary Works Co-ordinator Training Session” which is run by Malcolm Attrill, Osborne Engineering Manager, and has been attended by around 200 people to date.

Osborne’s temporary works team are certainly demonstrating great skills and solutions, having been shortlisted for the British Construction Industry Awards in 2016 for their Leigh Road Bridge Works.
