A Hard Days Night

The creation of the new transport interchange in Portsmouth progressing well and ever nearing completion.
The magnificent canopy is certainly a great addition to the skyline to complement the adjacent Spinnaker Tower.

The Portsmouth Hard interchange is a £9.2 million Multi Modal Transport redevelopment. This project is part of the £1.8 billion investment to improve the infrastructure and transport links into the city of Portsmouth.

After nearly two years of hard work it was great to see buses operating from the new Portsmouth “The Hard” Interchange last weekend as the information screens sprang into action.

Recently, Osborne also celebrated the news that The Hard Interchange Redevelopment project at Portsmouth had been shortlisted for the ICE South East England Engineering Excellence Awards 2017.
