Framework Extension Opens up Further Opportunities with Hyde Group

The Hyde Group has extended the geographical areas that Osborne can carry out works for them under their Responsive Repairs and Voids Support contract.
Osborne Property Services is currently supporting the repairs and maintenance needs of the Housing Association in Sussex and Hampshire.

The new contract means the Osborne will now be considered for work across the four contract areas where Hyde operates.

Osborne is pleased to have the opportunity to build on the excellent relationship they have built with the Hyde Group over the past three years working together.

This news comes a week after Osborne signed a £140 million deal with Slough Borough Council to provide repairs, maintenance and investment services to its 7000 homes.
