Osborne Scholarship for Justin

Justin Thian Huat Ng received this year’s Geoffrey Osborne Award.
The scholarship is made each year by Osborne to a civil engineering student at Imperial College in London.

Infrastructure Site Manager, Elliott Dye, a previous recipient of the award presented Justin with his scholarship.
