Gold RoSPA medals and awards for Osborne
14 March 2008Osborne has been awarded two gold medals and three gold awards in this year’s RoSPA Occupational Health and Safety Awards. The medals were awarded to Osborne’s Civil Engineering and Construction Divisions, while the awards went to its Homes and Property Services Divisions and the Osborne group as a whole.
The medals and awards mark the fifteenth consecutive year that Osborne’s safety standards have been recognised by the RoSPA Awards scheme which is one of the UK’s most highly respected occupational safety award programmes.
RoSPA monitors workplace safety across all sectors and works to encourage organisations to attain the highest possible standards of occupational health and safety. The awards are presided over by an independent, expert panel of assessors and a range of performance indicators are taken into account during the assessment process, including accident and ill health statistics, as well as all safety processes, standards and initiatives.

The awards will be presented at gala dinners on May 13 - 15 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
