Osborne wins £3.25 million contract with Russet Homes
4 April 2008Osborne has secured a £3.25 million per annum contract with Kent-based registered social landlord Russet Homes for day to day maintenance as well as repairs and improvements works for voids. Russet Homes is part of the Circle Anglia group and owns and manages over 6400 rented units in the west Kent area. Osborne currently provides maintenance services for fellow group member Circle 33 Housing Trust.
The contract will be for a 15 month evaluation period and is based on partnering principles, and breaks new ground for the Association.
Russet Homes recently opened a dedicated freephone repairs service centre for customers called ‘Contact Russet’ which will remain at the hub of Osborne operations, including a number of key personnel seconded from the existing team.
