Community Investment Coordinator – Slough, Property Services

The Opportunity

Due to an exciting new project we are currently recruiting for a Community Investment Coordinator for our Property Services business to be based out of a new office in Slough. The role will take responsibility and be accountable for supporting the creation, development and management of the community investment work on the Slough contract. The role will directly support the businesses requirements to conduct and very visibly evidence a wide range of community investment activities that demonstrate added value for money to our client, and bring real benefit to the communities in which we work. You will also engage with voluntary, community, public and private sector partners, in the delivery of Community Investment events.

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about community investment and making a tangible difference to peoples’ lives. You will have the ability to work with people at all levels and different backgrounds in an open, honest and transparent manner and will ideally have worked in a community investment (or similar) role. Due to the varied nature of the position you will hold a current and valid driving license. Experience in building and developing new relationships will be key along with confidence in exploring opportunities with third party organisations and local residents. Good organisational and planning skills with an ability to host local events will be core to the role.
