The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to form part of the business support team within the Infrastructure business based in our Reigate head office. You will be responsible for supporting the Contract Support Coordinators by uploading vital information onto the internal system (COINS) and database, inputting and logging faults, liaising with internal and external customers via phone and email and amending variations within the system.

What are we looking for

We are looking for an individual who is able to deal with reactive requests from customers and internal stakeholders through effective communication by phone and email. You will be able to capture vital information and coordinate the support required to resolve queries. You will have an eye for detail, methodical, thrive from challenges and be able to integrate into a vital team.
