Customer Liaison Officer – Slough – Property Services

We are recruiting for a number of Customer Liaison Officers to join the team at our offices in Slough, Berkshire. Reporting to the team lead this role is responsible for ensuring that we provide a point of contact between residents, contractors and clients, processing and providing information to all parties involved in any works that may currently be taking place. Working closely with the project and delivery teams to prioritise customer satisfaction and service improvement.
What are we looking for
We are looking for individuals with proven experience within a resident liaison role ideally within a similar sector. You will be the customer interface into the business and will be have exceptional listening skills to understand their needs and deliver an excellent service. The ability to prioritise work, remain calm and maintain standards during pressurised times is key to the success of this role. The role will encompass working on own initiative as well as part of a growing team where communication skills are expected.
