Customer Solutions Advisor – six month contract –  Hemel Hempstead – Property Services

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Customer Solutions Advisor on a six month fixed term contract,  to join the busy team at our Dacorum office in Hemel Hempstead. Reporting to the Customer Solutions Supervisor this role is responsible for proactively identifying good quality business opportunities, whilst working with customers that value the Osborne offering. You will work within a call centre environment and liaise closely with customers to help problem solve and supply a high level of service in line with business expectations.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a customer focused individual who will be expected to support of the delivery of the Call Centre Housing Repair service in accordance with Osborne core values, operational procedures and Health & Safety requirements. You will deliver an excellent service to our customers contacting us by telephone and other multi-media channels, by providing an efficient and accurate response on a variety of enquiries and service requests. The individual will need to be flexible in attitude and manner and to deal appropriately with a wide variety of people, issues and service situations. This role will involve working in collaboration with other departments and senior management to ensure that services are joined up and aligned to the achievement of Osborne’s core values, aims and objectives.
