Quality Manager, Infrastructure

Working within our Infrastructure business, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager to be the functional support for all aspects of quality within the business. They will provide expert knowledge, advice, experience and support to the Infrastructure business for quality management, quality checking and the planning for, and delivery of, quality into our projects. The role will also take ownership of our Project Quality Plan Templates (and its associated guidance, procedures, templates and forms) to ensure that it is fit for purpose and embraces the concept of continuous improvement.
The role will support our teams within Infrastructure to create Project Quality Plans that enable Right First Time Delivery, that delight our Customers and support the business in meeting its commercial objectives. The Quality Manager will also capture and provide data to the business on our quality performance so that lessons and best practice can be identified, shared and embedded into our processes.
What are we looking for
To be successful in this role you will have experience in successfully delivering quality management within the built environment, including experience within Civil engineering. You will have excellent attention to detail and possess the ability to use this skill to partner with the business in a manner which embeds quality management in the core of its culture. The ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels is essential as is a passion for continuous improvement and the long term benefits it can provide to the business. Aligned with this you will be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
