Site Manager, Site Based – South London, Osborne Homes

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our Homes business. The role will be to actively manage a new residential scheme in South East London ensuring that all on-site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner, with a key focus on time and quality. The role will also be involved in mobilisation, project planning, accurate monitoring and reporting of on site activities including supply chain activities. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant standards, to include statutory and contractual compliance.

You will have residential site management experience and take full accountability of all site activities. You will be able to work to schedules ensuring that the work meets the technical requirements and is to the standards that will benefit our clients. You will be comfortable working in a complex environment and be an effective team player, appreciating the need to work in a collaborative manner to achieve success. You will work effectively with people at all levels and be comfortable challenging convention to ensure that we move forward as a business and that we continue to best support our customers through value driven solutions.
