Training Coordinator – Reigate

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join and support our fast moving and growing Property Services business (OPSL). The role will take accountability for delivering training support to all staff members within the OPSL Sector, including the mobilisation and induction of people within newly acquired contracts. It will also support our business in improving, acquiring and maintaining high skill levels amongst our people while ensuring our (highly customer centric) business delivers all mandatory, development and apprenticeship training within time and budgetary constraints and to the delight of our people.

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who has experience of managing and coordinating training activities. The ability to multi task and prioritise will be essential as will the ability to build relationships at all levels. As this role will cover both experienced employees, apprentices and trainees, an appreciation of working with different types of workers would be preferred. The role will include some travel to sites that are not easily accessible by public transport so a driving license will be required. We would love to meet someone who is passionate about personal development and challenging convention so we are always moving forward as a business.
