Rugby multi-storey car parkThe contract for the construction of a multi-storey car park adjacent to Rugby train station was awarded to Osborne to provide approximately 496 vehicle parking spaces inside the multi-storey car park and 32 additional spaces outside.

The vehicular entrance/egress points are to the north of the site off Mill Road. The main pedestrian access runs alongside Mill Road entering at the South West corner. This route allows disabled users to gain access to the main entrance with ease via the disabled access ramp. Pedestrian access routes within the MSCP are clearly identified in yellow.

All decks include fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, street lighting, HD CCTV, help points, two 16-person traction lifts, a single dry riser and five disabled refuge areas.

Vehicle circulation of the MSCP is based on both one- and two-way systems. Clear road markings and signage throughout the MSCP allows ease of navigation. Parking bays are individually numbered and ticket/payment machines have been installed at the main car park entrance.
