I'm the business improvement coordinator for the Homes Division. I've been working for the company now for just over three years. My role involves me looking at procedures, systems and trying to improve the way we do things to make the working environment better.
Since working for Osborne I've been on quite an extensive development training - last year I was involved in the Group Development Training Programme which has given me a great opportunity in widening my horizons with leadership and management styles. I really enjoy working for Osborne. It's great being part of a team and it's great being part of an organisation that's moving forward, being involved in different aspects of the construction industry.
