I joined the company in a junior admin role and progressed to assistant buyer and this year buyer. Work with a really good team - there's lots of knowledge around me.
My role is to procure materials for our sites - basically everything that is required to build a building - bricks, blocks, timber, etc. I'm currently involved in trying to reduce the amount of waste we create on site and as a result of this travelling around the country and my line manager has encouraged me all the way and let me attend all the courses that have helped me with this. I see my future remaining with Osborne and developing the role that I'm doing.
I really enjoy it - the job is changing - no two days are the same. I'm very fortunate to have such a good job.
