Osborne is structured into several divisions operating from locations throughout the South of England and Midlands. The divisions are supported by a Business Services team that includes key functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Health and Safety, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Plant & Procurement and Communications.
All divisions are structured to encourage innovation, cooperation and collaborative working with design teams and supply chain partners. Best practice is shared across the entire company, and an open approach to cross-business collaboration allows us to succeed in sectors where expertise from more than one division is needed.
