Osborne Developments sector has been established to carry out property development on a 'for sale' or 'retained investment' basis.The Canal Basin, Chichester

Our main focus is on the industrial sector, developing sites in sought after business locations.

On the A13 in Witham, Essex we will shortly be completing our Rosewood Business Park, which provides 37,000 sq. ft. of B1, B2, and B8 floor space available in a variety of unit sizes. Other similar opportunities are in the pipeline.

In House Funding

We are prepared to consider most opportunities, especially those where our strong financial position and construction expertise brings added value, often enabling us to unlock the development potential of difficult sites. We are able to purchase sites from allocated funds without recourse to third party funding.

Our in-house development expertise also enables us to maximise the value of our own property holdings. Having relocated to more modern offices in Chichester we will shortly receive planning permission for redevelopment of our former Stockbridge Road offices. It has taken some twelve months to secure planning and once developed The Canal Basin will provide an exclusive waterside residential development comprising sixty-nine apartments, including duplex apartments and seventeen town houses.
