Osborne’s Civil Engineering business is responsible for constructing and maintaining roads, urban infrastructure and communications equipment and car parks. We operate in the South of England and Midlands from offices in Redhill, Basingstoke and Newport Pagnell.

Our reputation and expertise has resulted in a high level of repeat business among both public and private sector clients. Key clients include the Highways Agency, and many local authorities.

Meeting clients’ needs

Our clients have become increasingly aware of the impact of civil engineering work on the environment and of the importance of sustainable construction. They also understand the value of supply chain management and the level of commitment required from a civil engineering contractor to liaise with the client’s own stakeholders.

Our sustainability policy encourages the use of local materials and a locally-based supply chain, while issues such as minimising disruption to stakeholders are supported by liaison with the local community. We are also committed to achieving the highest standards of Health and Safety in civil engineering, and have introduced a range of measures to protect both our operatives and stakeholders.

Road BridgeContinuous improvement

We are proud of the high proportion of long-serving staff and operatives at all levels in the company. This ensures a consistent culture and approach that helps in our efforts to continuously improve our services.

It is our policy to execute our business commitments and contractual obligations with efficiency and integrity, with the aim of continuously improving performance and standards of service to the benefit of clients and staff.
