Osborne Property Services is a leading provider of planned and cyclical maintenance, refurbishment and responsive repairs within the affordable housing sector. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver property maintenance solutions that are tailored to their specific requirements and aspirations.
We understand the challenges facing affordable housing providers, and are committed to helping our clients meet their aims and objectives. Our flexible, professional approach enables us to meet a range of performance, quality, financial, communication and resident liaison requirements. We currently work with eight leading housing providers for planned and reactive maintenance to over 50,000 homes.
We have experience of working with both traditional and partnering contract arrangements to deliver improvements to meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard as well as internal and external refurbishment, external redecoration, envelope repairs, window installation and stock condition surveys.
Our dedicated, specialist responsive maintenance team provides a 24 hour, seven days a week, 365 days a year responsive maintenance service, as well as void property refurbishment.
All our operatives are experienced in dealing professionally, sensitively and politely with members of the public.
