Services We Provide

Services We Provide

We provide responsive maintenance services in a large number of key trades which include but are not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, groundworks, bricklaying, decorating.

We are currently working with Winchester City Council in 2 key areas;

  • Responsive repairs
  • Voids maintenance.

Our performance in these primary areas has allowed us to start to support the council in their Planned Works initiatives, which is a testament to the trusted and collaborative working partnership.

Community Engagement

Community Engagement

The partnership continues to develop real relationships that benefit local people. From providing craft sessions for Winchester Young Carers to cooking and serving breakfasts for users of the Trinity Centre, we continue to give our time and resources to a variety of initiatives, big and small.

We have helped to improve the facilities for organisations that provide invaluable services in Winchester. We worked with the Young Carers and KAYAC to build them a fantastic BBQ area that will give young people and their families a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. Our build of a sustainable greenhouse from plastic bottles with The Osborne School has added to their vibrant horticultural garden and will support their healthy eating education programme. Through our Handyman service and carrying out small jobs within sheltered schemes, we have helped to make a real difference to residents within their homes.

It is important for us to increase chances of local employability. We currently have three apprentices and have provided six work experience placements. We work with local training providers and have even created a mentor training programme to further develop our staff. Holding mock interviews for the users of Trinity will improve their interview skills and help build confidence for the long term unemployed.

We endeavour to leave a positive, lasting legacy in Winchester and provide exciting opportunities and beneficial support for the local community. If you are interested in getting involved, please email: neal.allison@osborne.co.uk.
