Key Result Areas

Inspection

Our Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) team of professionals carry out routine inspections, ensuring compliance and providing one to one coaching to our site teams. Inspections provide assurance to our stakeholders that we continually look for ways to improve and what direction to take in response to immediate issues and help to determine future training and procedural needs.

Incidents

Our IT systems allow us to capture information, to analyse that data, to report and respond to patterns and to communicate lessons learnt. This quick response drives down incidents across the business. Incidents further help us identify future training needs and new procedures.

Training

We are passionate about empowering people with the tools to grow and develop their skills. We have a team of in-house professionals to provide technical SHE Training for the business and a strong supply of external trainers to supplement and ensure that we provide our teams with current and practical training.

Audits

Audits constantly show us new opportunities and allow us to interact with all sections of our organisation. Audits help us to continuously improve our service offering and offer assurance our controls are effective. We have a team of qualified auditors to ensure that our on going compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards of excellence. Audits are an integral part of our culture of continuous improvement.

Procedures

Our procedures cover every aspect of the business and we are constantly reviewing them to ensure that they reflect all lessons learnt and that all procedures are in line with the latest legislation. We use information from inspections, audits, incidents and improvement opportunities, They form the firm foundation for our way forward.
