Camberwell New Road shortlisted for Brick Award

Camberwell New Road, a £16 million residential development in London built by Osborne in collaboration with Wandle Housing Association and architects Cartwright Pickard, has been shortlisted for the 2012 Brick Awards.

The development has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Housing Development of 26 units or more’ category, which is open to new-build private or public sector accommodation twenty-six units or more in size.

Run by the Brick Development Association since 1977, the Brick Awards are one of the top design and construction awards in the country. The awards cover a wide range of architectural design factors including demonstrating the building fabric’s sustainability credentials and the aesthetical choice, blend and bond of brick. The 2012 awards ceremony will be held at The Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel, London on Tuesday 13th November.
