Osborne Unveils New Brand Identity

Osborne, one of the UK’s leading construction, property services and development companies has launched its new visual identity.

This new, bold identity has been designed to set Osborne apart in the market.

David Fison, Chief Executive, Osborne said:

“This is an exciting time for Osborne. We are rolling out a new vibrant look across the company as we want to be noticed for being different in the market.  As we grow and continue to improve our business we want our customers – both existing and prospective – to be aware of what we offer and what sets us apart.  We aim to be personal in the way we do business and we combine this with both certainty of delivery and the flexibility to address challenges. We have an inbuilt DNA to care for our customers and we want more customers to be aware of this as historically we have been rather quiet about it.”

Recent wins for Osborne include a £236m housing repair and maintenance contract for Dacorum council which saw it move to third in the contractors league table, including civils, and second in the table, excluding civils. Other notable wins for the company this year include the Wessex Framework which saw Osborne sign a £250m contract with Network Rail.

Osborne’s technical expertise is associated with the built environment in design,  project management, construction, property maintenance and property development. Osborne employs 900 people to work across its sectors, housing, offices, the railways, hospitals, student accommodation, roads, airports, civic building, public realm, schools, colleges and universities.

For Osborne, success is measured as much in ‘how’ they meet their customers needs as in what it builds or the volume of its sales.

The new branding, which reflects Osborne’s vision to be a vibrant, growing business, and to be chosen by customers for its service led solutions, will be rolled out over the summer.
