Osborne Hits Key Milestone in Healthcare Project

Osborne hit a key milestone as the handover of the North Block of Kingfisher Court at our Kingsley Green site, took place.

Osborne’s work for the Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has seen us develop a two block, 86-bedroom acute mental health facility to support the Trust’s vision of being a leading provider in care for mental health and specialist learning disabilities. The new North Block comprises of a vulnerable adult ward and an acute ward, as well as an energy centre and an electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) suite.

The South Block is estimated to be handed over by the end of the summer 2014. The remainder of work on site will see the completion of bedrooms, as well as further acute wards and learning disability facilities.
