Osborne Gets the Merits

Osborne has received two Merit Awards at the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).

The two merits were awarded for Team Achievements and Technical Excellence and Innovation. These merits were for the highly complex and logistically challenging Southend Bridge Replacement project, which Osborne undertook.
