Osborne Announces Business Park Now Fully Occupied

Osborne Developments are pleased to announce that their Rosewood Business Park development at Eastways Witham in Essex, is now fully occupied.

The development which contains 10 business units of varying size, was started back in 2007, prior to the property and financial downturn. Despite the economic gloom the development was completed and with the help of local commercial property agents, Kemsley and FennWright, full occupation has now been achieved.

David Sarson, Managing Director for Osborne Developments said; “We are pleased to announce that the Business Park is now fully occupied and there is a good mix of local businesses as well as some national names.”

The Occupiers include Essex Turbochargers, Medlock Electrical Distributors, Wiltshire Farm Foods, Grape Passions, Business Vehicle Tracking and Acme Seals.
