Osborne at Preferred Bidder Stage with Work Totalling £228m through Framework Contracts

Osborne has won work totalling £228 million through framework contracts.

Within these awards, Osborne is the only contractor to be on tranche 1, 2 and 3 (Education Basic Needs – cluster programme) leading the way to realise efficiency savings in response to the Government Construction strategy. 

Osborne have won this work through the Improvement and Efficiency South East (IESE) framework and have already completed eight projects, twelve on site and 25 are in pre-construction stages.

Osborne are currently creating around 3000 pupil spaces through Education Basic Needs and Primary School Programmes across six local authority customers in the South East Region.

Osborne has started work on three school projects and has five primary school projects due to start over the next three months.
