Osborne Appoints Customer Experience Director
Osborne has become the first UK contractor to appoint a Customer Experience Director to its social housing services business, with Graca Machado joining from global distribution business TNT.
Graca has joined the board of Osborne’s Property Services business and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, working alongside teams to develop and improve customer service performance, supporting business continuity and growth. She has held a number of global senior customer service roles, most recently as Director of Global Customer Service for TNT Express N.V.
