Osborne is Setting the Standard

Osborne has successfully delivered a number of projects, on time and within budget, for public sector customers, including Andover Bus Station and schools in Hampshire, Croydon and Surrey.

Each project has had its own individual requirements, from access and usage functions to maintaining certain aesthetic features, which need to be addressed as part of both design and delivery.  In addition, in most cases, disruption to customers has to be kept to a minimum.

Many of the customers for these projects work with the Improvement & Efficiency Social Enterprise (IESE) which assists many public sector organisations to deliver better outcomes at lower cost to the public.

Projects to date have included:
• Andover Bus Station refurbishment, Hampshire
• Cupernham Infant and Junior School, Romsey, Hampshire
• Monks Orchard Primary School, Croydon
• Potters Gate CE Primary School, Farnham, Surrey
• Westfield Primary School, Woking, Surrey
• Quayside Education Centre, Gosport, Hampshire

In all cases, the customers concerns and requirements are given priority during the planning, preparation and construction stages of these works. Flexible and innovative solutions are sought to ensure positive results delivered within agreed parameters.

Guy Dawes, Framework Manager at Osborne said: “We are proud of our track record.  Every project teaches us something new that can improve future performance. We avoid a one-size-fits-all approach to ensure we help our customers achieve their aims and the results speak for themselves.  Nothing speaks louder than reputation.”
