Osborne appoints Managing Director of Infrastructure business

Osborne has appointed John Dowsett as Managing Director of its Infrastructure business. Having joined Osborne as a Graduate Civil Engineer in 1996, John has worked across many high profile highways and rail projects. He has held a number of senior roles – most recently as Managing Director of the Network Rail framework partnership, One Team Wessex, which has just celebrated its first year of the £250million framework.

Andy Steele, Chief Executive of Osborne, said: “I am delighted that John will be leading our Infrastructure business. He has a wealth of knowledge and skills which will continue to develop our work in the Infrastructure markets and further strengthen relationships with our customers. His appointment is a true testament to our commitment to developing our own talent and promoting people from within Osborne.” 

John is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Directors.
