Osborne wins Three Year Guildford Planned Works Contract

Guildford Borough Council has awarded Osborne Property Services a three-year maintenance contract covering hundreds of homes.

During this time Osborne will replace the kitchens and bathrooms in 400 properties, with preliminary work already well underway.

Cllr Tony Rooth, Lead Councillor for Housing and Social Welfare, at Guildford Borough Council, said: “I am pleased to welcome Osborne Property Services on board as we work to continually improve our housing stock for the benefit of our residents.”

Darren Kilby, Operations Director at Osborne Property Services, said: “Osborne has a proud track record of delivering excellent property maintenance for communities in Surrey and so we are very pleased this has been recognised by Guildford Borough Council. We are relishing the task of improving these homes by 2018.”

To ensure Osborne continues to deliver excellent service on planned maintenance, Andrew Gratton – who joined in 2012 from Apollo and has 40 years’ experience in planned works – has been promoted to Operations Manager, reporting to Darren Kilby.
