Osborne and Student Residence Investments Limited purchase Winchester development site
A new joint venture between Osborne, the construction services and property development company, and Student Residence Investments Limited, a sector specialist investment company, has purchased a development site in Winchester. The brownfield site, Moorside Road, Winchester, has planning permission for 237 student accommodation bedrooms and has a Gross Development Value of over £20m.
The build, by Osborne’s construction arm, is due to start on site in the Spring of 2016 with completion in time for the 2017 academic year student intake.
