Osborne customer commitment recognised at ICS UK Customer Satisfaction Awards

Osborne is delighted to announce that it has triumphed at the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2016, securing the coveted ‘Customer Commitment’ award. This award recognises Osborne as one of the top UK companies for customer service.
The ceremony, which took place on Tuesday 1 March in London, saw its Property Services team overcome competition from companies including EDF Energy, Countrywide and British Transport Police to take the prestigious title.

This is the second year in a row that Osborne has picked up a customer award at the ICS Awards, with its Construction business also winning the ‘Best Customer Co-Creation/Collaboration’ accolade for its project at Tavistock Infant School in Hampshire at the 2015 event.

As a member of the ICS, Osborne has been focusing inherently on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Alongside being the first UK contractor to receive the highly-respected ServiceMark accreditation, it has also seen its customer satisfaction soar by a third in just two-and-a-half years.

Nick Sterling, Property Services MD at Osborne, expressed his joy at the win, explaining: “I am absolutely delighted that our commitment to providing brilliant customer service has been recognised by the ICS. This truly is a testament to our hard work and we are proud to continue to hold our ServiceMark accreditation. I’d like to thank all of our people for bringing about this success – it is their tremendous efforts which ensure we continue to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and deliver an excellent customer experience.”
