Osborne Shortlisted for CIHT Awards

Osborne and the Connect Plus team have been shortlisted in the Asset Management Category for the forthcoming CIHT (Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation) Awards, in the Asset Management Category.

The team have been shortlisted for their work on the programme involving the repair and replacement of significant sections of the concrete paving on the M25. The repair used techniques such as vacuum lifting, rapid cure concrete, and concrete fine milling. The aim of the method used was to innovate and implement a whole life approach to achieve the strict performance requirements during the service period.

Connect Plus is a collaborative team contracted for works on the M25 on behalf of Highways England. The Team consists of Balfour Beatty, Egis, Atkins and Skanska.

The awards take place at the Pavillion at the Tower of London in June 2016.
