London School Building Progress

Founded in 1509 and located on the banks of the Thames, St Paul’s School is one of the best independent schools in the country.
Osborne has demolished the existing general teaching building and boiler house. This will provide space to construct the new three storey fair faced reinforced concrete structure, clad in curtain walling, aluminium and pre-cast concrete panels.

It will offer a new kitchen and dining facility for 1500 students. It will also boast library secular space, formal meeting spaces, general offices, and estate and facilities management headquarters.

Osborne are also replacing the school’s central boiler house and upgrading the heating system, for which there are complex interfaces with the existing structures and services.
