Osborne wins Southern Housing planned works contract

Southern Housing Group has awarded Osborne a contract to improve homes in Whitechapel, East London.
The planned works contract across a mix of flats and houses begins this month and will complete by the end of March 2017.

Carol Bailey, managing director at Osborne Property Services, said: ‘We are very pleased to be working with Southern Housing Group on this important project and are looking forward to giving these properties a new lease of life as homes for local people in Whitechapel.’

Osborne has scheduled much of the work so as to avoid disruption around the Christmas holiday period. As part of its commitment to ensure an excellent customer experience, Osborne has also provided a Bengali-speaking customer liaison officer, as many of the community are Bengali.

The planned improvement works delivered by Osborne will include kitchens, boilers, heating, windows and electrical upgrades.

Osborne and Southern hosted a ‘Meet the Team’ day in advance to the works commencing to engage with customers and answer any questions about the conversion and upgrade project.
